Dr Raghubir Sinh (b. 1908) was awarded D.Litt for his thesis on Malwa in Transition by the Agra University.
He succeeded to the rulership of the State of Sitamau but stepped aside in favour of his eldest son.
He has,
however, been closely associated with the affairs of the State and for a while served as a High Court Judge there.
Between 1952-62 he was member of the Rajya Sabha.
He has also represented India on UN Committees.
Dr Raghubir Sinh is well-known for his literary and historical writings.
He writes both in Hindi and English.
His books include Shesha Smrityan and Maharana Pratap.
